Job Description:
As pastor, your responsibilities will include:
Leading worship services in both Finnish and English.
Providing pastoral care, including home visits and counseling
Collaborating with Lutheran Community Care Centre, including 2 monthly worship services at local homes for the aged-Roseview and Hogarth Riverview Manor
Developing innovative and inclusive programs to engage young families and youth

Qualifications:
Ordination as pastor in the Lutheran Church
Fluency in Finnish and English
Ability to address the unique needs of an aging congregation while fostering growth and engaging young families
A valid driver’s license and readiness to acquire a vehicle for pastoral duties
Experience working in multicultural and bilingual environments is considered an asset
